Every day, Ukraine’s defenders return home with wounds that change their lives forever. Some can no longer walk without assistance. Some face years of painful rehabilitation. Many struggle with invisible wounds of trauma and loss.

These men and women stood at the frontlines of freedom. Now, it is our duty to stand with them.

The House of Heroes – Дім героїв is Ukraine’s first initiative to create special-access flats for severely wounded veterans. These are not just buildings — they are Living Units designed for dignity, independence, and hope. Each flat integrates:

• Accessible design for mobility and safety
• Wraparound care including medical, psychological, and social support
• Community connection so that no hero lives in isolation
• Pathways to renewal through training, work opportunities, and inclusion in Ukraine’s rebuilding
