BASIC FOUNDING STATEMENT

"Creating homes where heroes can truly live again"

Every day, Ukraine’s defenders return home with wounds that change their lives forever. Some can no longer walk without assistance. Some face years of painful rehabilitation. Many struggle with invisible wounds of trauma and loss.

Thousands of veterans return from war with life-changing injuries — amputations, impaired vision, and other disabilities that make ordinary homes impossible to live in. But, without adapted housing, many are left isolated, dependent, and unable to rebuild their lives.

Our mission is focused and clear:

  • To design and deliver special-access homes that allow disabled veterans to live with dignity and independence.

  • To create safe, supportive environments where veterans can heal, reconnect with family, and find renewed purpose.

  • To integrate housing with practical support — ensuring that each home provides not only shelter, but also a foundation for rehabilitation, social inclusion, and long-term stability.

These are not just buildings — they are Living Units designed for dignity, independence, and hope. Each flat integrates:

Accessible design for mobility and safety

Wraparound care including medical, psychological, and social support

Community connection so that no hero lives in isolation

Pathways to renewal through training, work opportunities, and inclusion in Ukraine’s rebuilding

Why This Matters Now

  • Thousands of severely wounded veterans struggle daily without adequate housing.

  • Ukraine’s recovery depends on every citizen’s strength — including those who gave their bodies and health for freedom.

  • With your support, House of Heroes will deliver the first two pilot Living Units in 2025 and proceed to lead scaling to 1,000 homes nationwide.

The House of Heroes is more than a building project. It is a national promise: that no Ukrainian veteran will be left behind, and that sacrifice will be honored with action — by creating homes where heroes can truly live again.

Our Commitment

We pledge transparency, impact, and dignity. Every donation directly supports housing and rehabilitation for Ukraine’s disabled veterans. Quarterly updates and annual impact reports will keep our partners informed.
